WARRANTY/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND POLICY.

Warranty Coverage

  • Arctide Industries products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty does NOT cover defects or damage caused by accidents, improper fit, improper installation, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

  • Raw or machine finished parts are not warranted for surface imperfections such as machining marks, burrs, scratches, or scuffs these are normal characteristics of unfinished machined items intended for customer coating, polishing, plating, or use as-is.

Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from Arctide Industries.

Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be returned unused, in the original condition (unmounted/uninstalled), and in the original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the original ship date. After 30 days, no refunds or returns are possible.

  • "On sale," blemished, discontinued, used, special order third-party, or custom-made items (e.g., mid-controls, powder coated parts, custom color requests, or any modified production parts) are final sale, non returnable and non refundable. Defective or incorrect custom items may be eligible for exchange only (same or similar product).

  • 20% restocking fee applies to unopened/new items returned within 30 days (no exceptions).

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items. Arctide Industries is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. Returned items damaged during shipping may be denied.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary.

  • A 4% service charge will be deducted from all refunds (for cancellations, returns, etc.), due to non-refundable transaction fees charged by credit card companies, PayPal, and similar processors, this applies regardless of the reason.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or warranty claim that does not meet these terms.
